The Okskaya Sudoverf has directed the development of production of 19 million rubles

As part of the modernization program in January-December 2016 of the Okskaya sudoverf (part of the UCL Holding) directed 19 million rubles - in 2 times more than the same period last year.

Most of the funds spent on the purchase of new equipment, modernization and reconstruction of existing production facilities.

In the reporting period the company has launched a new section of paint, which will significantly speed up the process of color sections of vessels and process daily up to two bulk ship sections weighing about 30 tons. The area maintains a constant temperature is required, which ensures high quality color in any weather conditions.

The company has also allocated funds for the purchase of two modern lines of sheet metal cutting Messer and integrated ROSLER cleaning line for the entire sheet metal processing range and rolled sections.

To improve energy efficiency Okskaya Sudoverf launched a new mini-boiler capacity of 9 MW, which will reduce energy costs up to 35% per year.

The last project was the installation and commissioning of a new oxygen plant Linde Gas worth 0.6 million rubles, the release of additional power grid Okskaya Sudoverf.

In 2017, the company is implementing the next stage of modernization, aimed at increasing productivity and reducing energy consumption. For this purpose it is planned to spend about 26 million rubles
