On 12 December 2018, Okskaya Sudoverf (a company of UCL Holding) launched the first dry cargo carrier of Project RSD32M. The ship named Navis-1 is the first in a series of eight ships being built for Navis under the order of PAO STLC.
The ceremony was attended by representatives of the customer, administration of the Navashino District, business partners and personnel of Okskaya Sudoverf shipyard as well as Navashino citizens.
In his keynote speech, Vladimir Kulikov, General Director of Okskaya Sudoverf, tanked the company personnel for the work done and emphasized high professionalism of the shipbuilders.

RSD32M ships are intended for transportation of general and dry bulk cargo (including grain), bundled sawn timber, round timber, metal scrap, bundled and coiled metal, heavy and oversized cargo, coal, hazardous cargo of class 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.1, 8, 9 and category “B”.

The shipbuilding contract was signed on 30 November 2017. Keel-laying of the first ship was held on 22 May 2018.
