Okskaya Sudoverf launches seventh barge of Project ROB20

On 24 August 2018, Okskaya Sudoverf shipyard  launched the seventh non-self-propelled barge of Project ROB20, Belmax 7, built to the order of PAO STLC.

The contract for construction of a series of barges was signed on 31 October 2017. The seventh sbarge was laid down on 26 April 2018.

Non-self-propelled tank barges of Project ROB20 are intended for transportation of petroleum products with a flashpoint of 610C and above. With their double sides and double bottoms the vessels feature an improved level of environmental friendliness. The barges will be operated on the Belaya, Kama and Volga rivers.

The ship’s class notation:   O 2.0 non-self-propelled liquid bulk carrier.
